Reports to: Comptroller
Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support to store management and staff. Support the sales and customer service efforts performed by store employees.
Knowledge and Skills Required to Function Effectively in this Position
Required:
* High School education.
* Prior work related/educational bookkeeping experience.
* Data entry experience/skills.
* P.C. proficiency.
* Ability to work within deadlines.
* Excellent telephone communication and customer service skills.
* Must be available to work holidays, evenings and weekends.

* Integra training/experience.
* 2 year account degree.
* Retail operations experience.
* Inventory control experience.
* Agway product knowledge.

Major Responsibilities:
* Inventory Control – Maintain inventory records of stores within established guidelines to include purchase orders, receivings, average unit cost, starts, product ordering, warranty forms, credit farm suppliers.
* Operations Support – Coordinate and perform miscellaneous operational duties and programs to include cash register checkout, counter book, customer list maintenance, vehicle inspections.
* Management Information – Coordinate Integra system reports and procedures in accordance with established guidelines to include daily, month-end, and year-end reports. Oversee Integra equipment maintenance.
* Credit Management – Perform credit application and collection procedures including identification of past-due accounts and processing of returned checks.
* Expense/Cash Control – Approve and code expense vouchers subject to approval levels. Cash out, coupon redemptions.
* Administrative Support – Perform general office duties, such as opening mail, filing, bank and post office visits, ordering office supplies, and answering phones.
* Human Resources Support – Process and transmit payroll hours, manage employee uniform program, maintain employee records.
* Assist as required with greeting and cashing out customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Other duties, as assigned.
Working Environment:
Must be able to work within strict deadlines; high levels of stress during peak season; flexible, long hours, holidays and weekend work required.

Purpose: Provide local deliveries of merchandise including power equipment, lawn and garden supplies, lumber, and farm-related products.
Knowledge and Skills Required to Function Effectively in this Position
Required:
* High School diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
* Current license.
* Driving record with no violations.
* Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
* Ability to read and understand delivery tickets.
* Able to work weekends, holidays and evening hours.
* Clean, neat appearance.
Desired:
* 2-3 years prior driving experience in box trucks.
Major Responsibilities:
* Load, secure, and ensure safe delivery of customer merchandise to customer sites.
* Support warehouse and sales floor activities.
* Maintain proper documentation of pick-ups and deliveries; also DOT documentation.
* Respect for customers and their property.
* Serve as Agriventures Agway’s representative on farms. Exhibit product knowledge to customers when asked. Ability to sell products.

Major Responsibilities:
* The store manager must orchestrate the sales profitability and growth of the store by managing people, time, and finances. This is to be accomplished by providing daily leadership in the midst of a busy and, often times, hectic working environment.
* Within the daily activities mentioned above, the manager’s priorities are to remain constant. The most important operational standards are listed below, and must be perfected by the store manager in priority order. This management by priority will serve as the catalyst for daily organization and delegation.
* All customers must be waited on to their satisfaction.
* Store must be neat, clean and safe (including OSHA and all other regulatory requirements).
* Product must be clean, orderly and tagged.
* Staffing must be at a top level of adequacy.
* Stock level must be full.
* Product must be properly cared for.
* Merchandising and product placement needs to be maximized.
* Staff must be regularly trained.
* Inventory must be kept in acceptable condition and within set guidelines.
* Employees must be coached and counseled on a regular basis.
* Individual store selling strategies must be developed.
* Payroll dollars must be managed week-to-week for maximum efficiency.
* The building, property, and storefront must be maintained and beautified.
* Dated inventory must be managed.
* All other expenses must be controlled.
